Dinner Money Procedure
I am writing to let you know that we are changing our procedure for the collection of dinner money in school.
Whilst we have always asked for dinner money to be paid on a Monday in the past, in practise this has not happened. With effect from Monday 2nd July, however, it is important that dinner money for the week is brought into school first thing in the morning in an envelope clearly marked with your child’s name and the amount. I do appreciate that you are all extremely busy and it is sometimes difficult to plan ahead, however, the HC3S Menu is available on our website for you to refer to.
I really do appreciate your assistance with this as late or unclear payments are causing unnecessary work for our office staff. Thank you for your understanding.
